MAIN GASKET KIT

The base kit includes the following gaskets and sealing components:

• 1 Front cylinder base gasket, 0.5 mm
• 1 Rear cylinder base gasket, 0.5 mm
• 1 Clutch cover gasket
• 1 Oil pan gasket
• 4 Rotary valve seat gaskets, 0.5 mm
• 1 Ignition stator support gasket
• 1 Oil vent cover gasket
• 1 Neutral switch gasket
• 4 Exhaust valve gaskets
• 4 Stainless steel exhaust gaskets
• 8 Copper gaskets for crankcase bolts
• 16 Copper gaskets for cylinder head nuts
• 2 Aluminium sealing washers
• 1 Copper washer for the water pump internal screw

OPTIONAL: HEAD GASKETS

The base kit does not include head gaskets.

You can add a set of 2 genuine Suzuki cylinder head gaskets
(part number 11141-21A02).

These are genuine Suzuki parts, supplied in their original
Suzuki packaging.

OPTIONAL: O-RING SET

The O-ring set includes:

• 1 Inner sprocket cover O-ring
• 1 Inner water circuit O-ring
• 1 Oil filler cap O-ring
• 8 Cylinder head O-rings
• 1 Thermostat cover O-ring
• 1 Pick-up O-ring
• 1 Water pump cover O-ring
• 1 Premix oil pump O-ring
• 4 Rotary valve cover O-rings
• 8 Carburettor flange O-rings
• 1 Sprocket spacer O-ring

OPTIONAL: CARBURETTOR BOWL GASKETS

A set of 4 carburettor bowl gaskets is also available.

You can customize your kit according your needs by selecting the following options:

• head gaskets: none or genuine Suzuki;

• O-Ring: none, complete set all NBR, complete set with 13 critical pieces in Viton ("antiseize kit" sold also stand-alone);

• valve diameter: either standard valve or 116 mm valve;

• you can choose the kind of valve seat gasket but PAY ATTENTION! We strongly suggest you to choose our improved gaskets, the original ones get stuck and will create lots of trouble next time you service the engine;
